1. Non-Government Status
We provide application drafting, format checking, and online submission assistance on various public portals. We do not claim any official government authorization unless expressly stated and certified for specific authorized kiosk functions.
2. Financial & Banking Services
Loan and financial product sanctions, interest rates, eligibility evaluations, and disbursements are the exclusive prerogative of the respective banks and NBFCs. We never promise guaranteed approvals or charge commissions.
3. Insurance Products
All insurance products, premium calculations, and claim settlements are strictly governed by the terms, exclusions, and underwriting norms of the respective IRDAI-licensed insurance companies.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Names of government schemes (PM Kisan, e-Shram, PM SVANidhi, PM Vishwakarma, Sarathi, etc.) and departmental acronyms are used purely in an informative capacity to describe the nature of citizen services assisted. All trademarks belong to their respective statutory owners.
